We are proposing some minor changes to the planning permission for a new Technology Showcase, new homes and other uses that was granted by Hounslow Council in April 2023. The changes will contribute toward a new Motorsport Campus through design adjustments to the technology showcase, and the introduction of an education facility, new purpose-built student accommodation and flexible commercial and leisure space.

In April 2023 the London Borough of Hounslow granted planning permission for new buildings at 2 Larch Drive, currently the site of a B&Q store and car park.
